3. During our session, you may lie or sit comfortably in your home or any space of your choosing as long as you are open to receiving reiki energy. One major benefit of a distant reiki session is that you can relax in your own space and don't have to worry about getting to another physical location for your session. Distant Reiki is extremely effective as this type of energy healing can be done anywhere, anytime and received by anyone.

4. I will clear out any blockages in your chakras, cleanse your auraand focus on the areas where I intuitively feel the need to bring more attention to. I let the reiki energy guide me to those parts of your body to release any stored emotions and to alleviate any pain you may feel.

After the session is done, we will discuss how you are feeling, what I noticed during the session and any post-session care that may be needed.You could feel a little tired, just the same or very relaxed once the session is complete. Each person is different and each detox could feel different depending on how and what you've cleared out during that particular session.

Last but not least, I will send you an email with important focus points that happened during your entire healing session and I will include details on how to further explore all that we uncovered. The aftercare of your energy is just as crucial so let's get to the most rewarding energy work you will ever do in this lifetime.
